Biking bonanza: Mapleton receives grants to help fund new bike park
Mapleton City has plans to build a bike park on city-owned land between Harmony Ridge and Mapleton Village, and has secured grant money from two entities to fund much of the project. The city received $3.5 million towards the park from Edge Homes, and last week the Utah Outdoor Adventure Commission awarded $1.5 million for the project.
