The American Fork Citizen is publishing the notes from the City staff, along with its voting recommendations to the Council, ahead of the City Council meeting tomorrow evening. The notes include agenda — this item is already published on the City’s website — but also copies of contracts, budget impacts, summary recommendations and suggested motions, which until now have been invisible to the public.
