Thanksgiving interfaith service at Alpine Tabernacle

By Danny Crivello - | Nov 16, 2012

An American Fork man and his 13-year-old son have organized an interfaith sing-in at the Alpine Tabernacle.

Adam and Tyson Anderegg said they expect hundreds to show up Saturday at the 2012 Thanksgiving Interfaith Celebration, a one-hour Thanksgiving service of music and messages. And they invite the community to join in.

Deacon Sunday Espinoza of St. Peter’s Catholic Church, President Jeffrey L. Mitchell of American Fork LDS West Stake and Rev. Al Hammond of the American Fork Community Presbyterian Church said they would attend, according to the Andereggs, as well as a sing-in choir and a play-in orchestra.

The service takes place Saturday, Nov. 17, at 7 p.m. For those who want to be part of the 200-member choir or play in the orchestra, please plan on attending a rehearsal event from 3 to 5 p.m. on the same day.

For more information, please click on the flyer, right, or contact Adam or Tyson Anderegg at afthanksgiving@gmail.com or (801) 836-5698.

Starting at $4.32/week.
