Last year’s snow depth in American Fork canyon for this season of the year has about been reached. There is from eight to nine feet of snow at the mine and four feet at Deer Creek, it was reported. The canyon road was opened for ore hauling Monday after being closed a week but the severe wind of Wednesday night again drifted the cuts full and yesterday it was impossible to get thru with the ore trucks. However, it is hoped the county snow plows will again open the road and that hauling can be resumed in a day or so. The mine and tram are both operating in spite of the severe storms.

Starting at $4.32/week.
