Learn to Become a Tai-Chi & Chi-Gong Instructor
There will be a Tai-Chi & Chi-Gong Instructor Workshop on Monday, Dec. 22, at the Garrett Mission Clinic located at 454 E. 600 North in Springville from 10 a.m. to noon. Registration for the workshop will be at 9:50 a.m.
The certified instructors for the workshop will be Dr. John Garrett and Dr. Janet Garrett, professional members of the American Tai Chi Association.
Call the Garrett Mission Clinic at (801) 836-2825 to RSVP for the workshop ASAP. The cost for the workshop is only $20 ($10 for senior citizens 50 years of age and over). Certificates will also be presented to all students at the completion of the Tai-Chi & Chi-Gong Instructor Workshop.
