Bill and Rowene Vest are pleased to announce the marriage of their daughter Emily Ann to Stephen Hutchings Covey son of Stephen M.R. and Jerolyn Covey on Friday, December 26, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.
A reception honoring Stephen and Emily will be held that evening from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the Provo Library Ballroom in Provo, UT.
