Ephraim senior menus
SANPETE COUNTY– Congregate meals for senior citizens will be served at noon each Monday through Thursday, at the Ephraim and Moroni centers.
Reservations should be made before 9 a.m., by calling the center at 435-283-6310 or 436-8275.
Bread and butter will be served with meals unless otherwise noted. Menus are subject to substitutions and change. There is a small cost for each meal. No need to bring utensils. April menu items are as follows:
April 2, meatloaf, baked potato with sour cream, vegetable and fruit.
April 6, homemade chicken noodle soup with vegetables, cheese stick, fruit dessert and breadsticks.
April 7, pork chops, whipped potatoes and gravy, broccoli with cheese sauce, fruit, rolls and butter.
April 8, fish fillets with tartar sauce, tater tots, mixed vegetables, apple salad, biscuits and butter.
April 9, shepherd’s pie with corn and green beans and pineapple upside-down cake.
April 13, baked ham, yummy potatoes, green beans and fruit salad.
April 14, spaghetti with meat sauce, tossed green salad, pudding, Mandarin oranges and pineapple and garlic bread.
April 15, roast beef, potatoes and gravy, corn, applesauce cake, rolls and butter.
April 16, chicken cordon bleu, seasoned rice, peas and pears.
April 20, bean and ham soup, carrot raisin salad, fruit and cinnamon rolls.
April 21, chicken pot pie with vegetables, pineapple with cottage cheese and brownie.
April 22, Salisbury steak, vegetable, fruit, biscuits and butter.
April 23, turkey dressing casserole, yams, mixed vegetable, Jell-O with fruit, rolls and butter.
April 27, hamburger cheese pizza, tossed green salad, orange wedge and cookie.
April 28, BBQ beef sandwich, macaroni salad, pears and cottage cheese and spice cake.
April 29, chicken enchiladas, rice, corn, pudding and breadsticks.
April 30, pork roast, potatoes and gravy, vegetable, fruit dessert, rolls and butter.
