Notice is herby given of a public hearing to be held by the Springville City Planning Commission on May 12, 2009 at 7:00 PM in the Council Chambers of the Springville City Civic Center, 50 South Main, Springville, Utah. Interested parties will be given the opportunity to be heard. The hearings regard the following:

1. Fieldstone Homes Utah, LLC seeking to amend Title 14-5-101 of the Springville City Code regarding extensions for the installation of subdivision improvements.
