Rhiley Jarrett, 16, son of Rick and Joyce Jarrett, Salem, Ut was awarded the rank of Eagle Scout on November 20, 2008. He is in Troop 85, sponsored by the Salem 1st Ward. His service project was improvements at the Salem Rodeo Grounds. Rhiley’s court of honor will be February 11, 2009.
