We would like to wish Richard E. Moore a Happy 80th Birthday on February 25, 2009. As a husband, father, grand father and great grandfather, we thank him for his giving heart and loving compassion. We appreciate all the hard work he has given family, friends, neighbors and strangers over the course of his lifetime. We know he has touched many lives.
