Senior Menus
EPHRAIM– Congregate meals are served for senior citizens at noon each Monday through Thursday at the Ephraim or Moroni centers. Reservations should be made before 9 a.m., by calling the centers at 435-283-6310 or 436-8275.
Milk or juice, bread and butter will be served with meals unless otherwise noted. Menus are subject to change and substitutions. February menu items are as follows:
Feb. 2, hamburger cheese pizza, green salad, fruit with cottage cheese and cookie.
Feb. 3, pork chops, yummy potatoes, broccoli with cheese sauce, fruit, rolls and butter.
Feb. 4, hamburger casserole, fruit salad, cake and biscuits.
Feb. 5, fish fillets with tartar sauce, mixed vegetables and fruit cup.
Feb. 9, baked ham, mac and cheese, apple salad and green beans.
Feb. 10, roast beef, potatoes and gravy, corn, pineapple upside down cake, rolls and butter.
Feb. 11, spaghetti with meat sauce, tossed green salad, pudding, fruit and garlic bread.
Feb. 12, chicken casserole, peas, applesauce, cookie and biscuit.
Feb. 16, center closed.
Feb. 17, roast pork, masked potatoes and gravy, spinach and peach cobbler.
Feb. 18, pot pie with vegetables, cheese stick, Jell-O with fruit and breadstick.
Feb. 19, baked chicken, seasoned rice, peas, fruit pie, rolls and butter.
Feb. 23, Salisbury steak, rice and gravy, vegetable, fruit and biscuits.
Feb. 24, meat loaf, yummy potatoes, green beans and Jell-O with fruit.
Feb. 25, chicken enchilada, rice, corn and pudding.
Feb. 26, homemade beef soup with veggies, cheese stick, bread sticks and cookie.
