PROPOSALS

The Board of Education of the Nebo School District is accepting proposals from qualified vendors for modifications and installation of a ventilation system for the Spanish Fork High School’s Welding Shop located at 99 North 300 West, Spanish Fork, Utah. The RFP information packets, including the submittal requirements will be available on Monday, June 8, 2009 at the Nebo School District Office located at 350 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah 84660. Proposals will be received until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 18, 2009, Attention Matt Gledhill, Operation’s Coordinator, at the offices of the District set forth above. Questions regarding this solicitation should be directed to Matt Gledhill, Operation’s Coordinator, at (801) 354-7433. Vendors submitting a proposal are cautioned not to contact members of the Board of Education or School District Administration Staff, other than designated contact, throughout the proposal process. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in disqualification form consideration. The Board of Education of Nebo School District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or to waive any formality or technicality in any bids in the interest of the Nebo School District.
