The Women’s Legislative Council of Utah County will hold its monthly meeting on Thursday, Mar. 5, at the Provo City Library. The meeting will start at 10 a.m. Speaker will be Utah State Attorney General Mark Shurtleff speaking on “The Death Penalty and SJR14 Constitutional Amendment.” He will focus on Utah Crime Prevention, current attacks on seniors, children, traditional values, etc.
