NOTICE OF INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids for the Woodland Hills Drive Rehabilitation Project — Phase I will be received by the City of Woodland Hills at the City Office Building, 690 South Woodland Hills Drive until 2 p.m. on Thursday, May 21, 2009, and then at said office, publicly opened and read aloud.

The work to be performed involves the rehabilitation of approximately 1150 l.f. of Woodland Hills Drive. The project consists of removal of the existing asphalt, road base and sub base and replacing it with 3″ of asphalt, 8″ of road base and 10″ of sub base. It also included installing approximately 1100 l.f. of 24″ storm drain, 1100 l.f. of 12″ sewer, 3000 l.f. of curb and construciton of a 10 foot walking trail and other appurtenances.

Contract documents may be obtained at the home of the City Recorder at 160 West Lake View Way, Woodland Hills between the hours of 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. (noon) upon payment of $30.00 for each set, none of which will be refunded. The Recorder requests that you call 801-423-1962 prior to picking up plans.

The right is reserved to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality or technicality in any bid if deemed to be in the best interest of the City
