The Six County Association of Governments is accepting written applications and budgets for FY2010 55W funds.

Applications must be submitted by Monday, May 18, 2009, to the Department of Community Assistance Office, P.O. Box 820 Richfield, UT 84701.

Funding can be used by Service Providers for social service clients on a reimbursement for service basis.
