Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of (Indianola Valley Fire Station Project, 2009) will be received by Sanpete County at the office of the Clerk located at 160 North Main Street, Manti, UT 84642 until 3:00 p.m., Thursday, May 21, 2009, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.

The work to be performed under this project shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment required to construct the facilities and features called for by the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS and as shown on the DRAWINGS.

This project includes an 60 ft x 82 ft prefabricated steel building with partial office space, site work, concrete, asphalt surfacing, and improvements.

The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be examined at the following locations:

Ludlow Engineering 645 North Main Street, Nephi, UT.

Intermountain Contractor, 313 East 1200 South, Orem, UT.

Copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be obtained at the office of Ludlow Engineering located at 645 North Main Street, Nephi, UT, upon payment of $100.00 for each set.

Any BIDDER, upon returning the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS promptly and in good condition, will be refunded the payment, and any non-bidder upon so returning the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS will be refunded $35.00.

Pre-bid meeting will be held Thursday, May 14, 2009, at 10 a.m., located on-site at the Intersection of U.S. Highway 89 and Meadowview Drive. Site is located approximately nine miles north of Fairview, UT.
