Interwest Construction Company, Inc., the Construction Manager for the Board of Education of Nebo School District, is seeking subcontractor and material supplier bids on all trades associated with the construction of the CTE Office Building/Warehouse located at 350 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah 84660.

Bid proposals will be received until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 4, 2009, at the office of Interwest Construction, 35 North Redwood Road, North Salt Lake City, Utah 84054, (801) 936-6200. Proposals may be delivered by mail, hand, telephone, or facsimile. Proposals shall be submitted in accordance with Contract Drawings as prepared by KMA Architects. These Contract Documents may be examined and copies obtained after 12:00 noon on Thursday, May 21, 2009 at the Office of Interwest Construction located at the address above or Nebo School District’s Temporary Office in the Operation’s Department located at 570 South Main. Construction Documents and Scope Sheets (proposal form) that must be used for bidding this project will be provided by the Construction Manager.

The Board of Education of Nebo School District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals or to waive any formality or technicality in a proposal.
