Springville City hereby gives notice of the adoption of three ordinances at their regular meeting held on April 7, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. These ordinances are: #05-2009 that amends the Generalized Future Land Use Map of the General Plan from Commercial to Mixed Use at about 1200 West 400 South; #06-2009 that amends the Official Zone Map from Neighborhood Commercial to the Village Center Zone at about 1200 West 400 South; and #07-2009 that amends Titles 10 and 11 of the Springville Municipal Code pertaining to development standards for the Village Center Zone. These ordinances are on file in the Office of the City Recorder and may be viewed there by interested persons during regular business hours.
