Notice is hereby given of a Public Hearing to be held during the regular meeting of the Mapleton City Council, Wednesday, June 17, 2009, at 7:00 P.M. in the Mapleton City Building, 125 West Community Center Way, Mapleton, Utah, for the purpose of considering:

* Jerry W. Robinson, agent for Harvest Park, LLC requests a boundary line agreement between Harvest Park, LLC and Mapleton City, on property located generally at Harvest Parkway (800 South) and 2000 West. The subject property is located in the Specific Development Plan – 1 (SDP-1) zone.

* Budget Revisions 2008-2009 Fiscal Year
