Notice is hereby given that the Spring City council will hold a public hearing Thursday, June 4, 2009, before Regular Council Meeting, at Spring City Hall, 150 East Center, which said meeting shall begin promptly at 7 p.m.

The 2009-2010 Budget and 2008-2009 Budget Amendments are available for public viewing at Spring City Hall during regular business hours.

If you would like to attend this meeting and due to a disability and need assistance in participating in or understanding the meeting, contact the city recorder at 435-462-2244 twenty-four (24) hours in advance and the city will try to provide reasonable assistance to accommodate you.

The Agenda shall be as follows:

1. Recommendation of 2009-2010 Budget.

2.Recommendation of 2008-2009 Budget Amendments

3. Public Comments.

Regular Council Meeting will immediately follow this Public Hearing.
