Spanish Fork City will be holding a Public Hearing on June 16, 2009 at 6:00 P.M. This hearing is to receive public comment for the following items:

Making revisions in the 2009 Fiscal Year Budget.

Revenue and Expenditures/Expenses for all funds.

All fees and utility rates charged by the city.

Transfers and expense allocations from Enterprise Funds to other Funds.

This will be held in the Spanish Fork City Council Chambers, 40 south Main, Spanish Fork, Utah. The public is invited to participate in all Spanish Fork City Council Meetings. If you need special accommodation to participate in the meeting (handicap access, interpreter, etc.), please contact the City Manager’s Office, 798-5000.
