Springville City hereby gives notice of the adoption of an Ordinance at their regular meeting held in the Civic Center Council Chambers on May 19, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. This ordinance is #10-2009 rescinding Ordinance #09-2009 dated May 5, 2009 which provides for a temporary prohibition from the issuance of any building permit for an outdoor commercial use in the Springville Historic District. This ordinance is on file in the Office of the City Recorder and may be viewed there by interested persons during regular hours.
