REGULAR ANNUAL SHAREHOLDERS MEETING

The regular annual meeting of the shareholders of Strawberry Water Users Association will be hold in the Payson Senior Center, 439 West Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah on Saturday, January 30, 2010 at 1:30 p.m.

The purposes of the meeting are:

to elect four directors to succeed the following whose terms expire upon the election of their successors: District 3, Garry Brown; District 7, Robert Bloomer, District 11, Kevin Anderson; District 15, Jesse Warren.

To levy an assessment to meet the expenses of the Association for the ensuing year;

To hear reports of the operations and conditions of your Association; and

To transact any other business that may properly come before said meeting.
