NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

AMERICAN FORK PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING JUNE 16, 2010

Notice is hereby given that the American Fork Planning Commission will meet in public hearing on June 16, 2010, at the American Fork City Hall, 31 North Church Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m., to receive public comment regarding the following:

1. Hearing, Review and Action on the Moderate Income Housing Element of the American Fork City General Plan.

2. Hearing, Review and Action on possible amendments to the American Fork City Development Code concerning Permitted Temporary and Seasonal Uses.

3. Hearing, Review and Action on a condominium conversion project for Copper Ridge at North Shore expandable condominium located at 800 South Automall Drive.

Copies of materials relating to the above items are available for public review at the office of the City Recorder, 51 East Main, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
