NOTICE TO

ARCHITECTS

Nebo School District (the “District”) is accepting Statements of Interest and Qualifications (“SOIQ”) from qualified firms to perform architectural services for the following proposed project(s):

Junior High School Athletic Facilities

(1) A new wrestling room and hallway building addition with an eighteen (18) foot high roof line (approximately 4,800 square feet), and a new six (6) lane synthetic outdoor track, at Mapleton Junior High School, located at 362 East 1200 North, Mapleton, UT 84664.

(2) Improvements to create a six (6) lane synthetic track on the existing outdoor track at Spanish Fork Junior High School, located at 600 South 820 East, Spanish Fork, UT 84660.

(3) A new wrestling room and hallway building addition with an eighteen (18) foot high roof line (approximately 4,800 square feet), and four (4) new tennis courts, at Diamond Fork Junior High School, located at 50 North 900 East, Spanish Fork, UT 84660.

(4) A new fine arts and athletic multi-purpose room and hallway building addition with an eighteen (18) foot high roof line (approximately 4,950 square feet) at Payson Junior High School, located at 1025 South Highway 91, Payson, UT 84651.

(5) A new wrestling room and hallway building addition with an eighteen (18) foot high roof line (approximately 4,800 square feet), a new six (6) lane synthetic outdoor track, and four (4) new tennis courts, at Mt. Nebo Junior High School, located at 851 West 450 South, Payson, UT 84651.

The total construction budget for this project(s) is not to exceed Five Million and 00/100 Dollars ($5,000,000.00), excluding architectural and engineering fees. It is anticipated that this project(s) will be constructed utilizing a Construction Management/General Contractor construction delivery method.

The SOIQ information packets, including the submittal requirements and selection process, will be available beginning on May 3, 2010 at Nebo School District, Legal Department, 350 South Main, Spanish Fork, Utah, 84660. The SOIQ submittals will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 17, 2010, attention Reed B. Park at the offices of the District set forth below. Nebo School District reserves the right to reject any or all submittals, or to waive any formality or technicality in any submittal, in the best interests of Nebo School District.
