INVITATION TO BID

Pavement Rehabilitation – Nebo School District The Nebo School District is requesting bids for pavement rehabilitation and site improvements at various school sites located throughout the School District. Plans and specifications will be available at Nolte Associates, 5217 South State Street, Suite 300, Murray, Utah on May 10, 2010.

A $30.00 non-refundable deposit is required. A pre-bid walk through will be held at the Nebo School District Administration Offices (Operation’s Department) located at 350 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah on May 13, 2010 beginning at 1:00 p.m. Sealed bids are due May 20, 2010 by 4:00 p.m. and must be addressed to Marvin Poulson, Assistant Building Official, 350 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah84660. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond equivalent to 5% of the total amount bid.

The bid must be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope “Pavement Rehabilitation 2010”. The District reserve the right to waive any formalities and accept or reject any bid it deems in its’ interest.
