NOTICE TO WATER USERS

The following APPLICATION(S) FOR NONUSE OF WATER have been filed with the State Engineer. It is represented that additional time is needed with in which to resume the beneficial use of water in Utah county.

Persons objecting to an application must file a CLEARLY READABLE protest stating FILING NUMBER, REASONS FOR OBJECTION, PROTESTANTS` NAME AND RETURN ADDRESS, and any request for a hearing. Effective July 1, 2009, there will be a $15.00 fee for each protest filed.

Protest must be filed with the State Engineer, Box 146300, Salt Lake City, UT 84114-6300 on or before MAY 26, 2010. These are informal proceedings as per Rule R655-6-2 of the Division of Water Rights.

(The Period of Use is generally year-round except irrigation which is generally from Apr 1 to Oct 31 each year.)

51-7671 (U555): Michal G. Carter is/are seeking Nonuse period for 0.45 ac-ft. from groundwater (1 mi. NW of Spanish Fork) for STOCKWATERING.

EXTENSION(S)

51-6930(a19794): Shane A. and Jill K. Stratton is/are filing an extension for 1.51 ac-ft. from groundwater (3 miles west of Spanish Fork) for IRRIGATION; STOCKWATERING; DOMESTIC.
