PUBLIC HEARING

Notice of Public Hearing on Wednesday, June 2, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. to be held at the Salem City Office, located at 30 West 100 South, Salem, to consider 1) the donation of a fire truck; 2) a preliminary budget for fiscal year 2010-2011; and 3) amending the budget for fiscal year 2009-2010.

TO ALL CITIZENS OF SALEM CITY, UTAH COUNTY, UTAH

You and each of you are hereby notified that the City Council of Salem City has appointed the time of 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 2, 2010 for the purpose of a public hearing to consider the following items: 1) donation of a 1979 pumper fire truck to the Town of Cedar Fort, Utah Fire Department; 2) a preliminary budget for fiscal year 2010-2011; and 3) amending the budget for fiscal year 2009-2010.

All citizens of Salem City are invited to attend this hearing and be heard in regards to the proposed items indicated above.
