Sanpete Co-Public Hearings
TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS:
Jimmy L. Keisel has filed an application with the Sanpete County Planning Commission for consideration of a 1-lot minor subdivision, known as Blackburn/Keisel Subdivision. Located in Axtell Service District in the RA-2 zone on Sunflower Lane West Road.
Richard T. Bowles has filed an application with the Sanpete County Planning Commission for consideration of a conditional use permit to sell specialty meat items. Located south of Fairview on the west side of Hwy 89 in the A zone on S 22056.
Blue Moon Development LLC and John Lee has filed an application with the Sanpete County Planning Commission for consideration of a zone change from A zone to BC zone. Located south of Fairview on the east side of Highway 89.
Hal Anderson and Kody Anderson have filed an application with the Sanpete County Planning Commission for consideration of a 4-lot minor subdivision, known as Dry Farm Subdivision. Located on west side road north of Wales in the A zone on S 25553x, S 25552, and S 25552x.
Scott Olsen, Zoning Administrator has filed a request for Approval of Clarification and Changes to the Land Use Ordinance and Subdivision Ordinance.
The Sanpete County Planning and Zoning Commission has filed an application for approval of a 1 acre buffer zone to be added around Spring City. The buffer zone would be for 1 mile in all directions from existing city limits and designated as an R-A2 zone with Industrial and Commercial zoning along the State highways and county roads.
Public Hearings will be held on Wednesday, May 11th, 2011 beginning at 6:30 P.M., for each of the above items in Room 101 of the Sanpete County Courthouse, 160 North Main, Manti, Utah.
