There’s not a huge back story to this photo other than the fact that I immediately started laughing when I noticed Carrie Seely had dressed her dog Uppy as the Jazz Bear.  The event I was sent to photograph was the ribbon cutting of Saratoga Springs’ Neptune Park so this photo didn’t run too well in the paper.  Understandable, but I just couldn’t resist the temptation to breathe some more life into this photo.
