Assault and battery in Cedar Fort
For the life of me, I can’t figure out why the annual Cedar Fort water fight can continue with city approval. Call me a wet blanket, but one of these days somebody is going to be seriously injured by a water balloon to the head, or from slipping in a puddle and ending up in a coma.
The whole thing amounts to a series of assaults.
Hmmm … Here’s a possible business opportunity. Go and stand anywhere in Cedar Fort on water fight day and wait to be assaulted. It won’t take long. When you are smashed in the head or knocked down, sue the daylights out of the perpetrator and the city that provided encouragement and looked other way.
