The Utah Valley Chamber of Commerce is seeing a lot of new activity and growth under the direction of president and CEO Curtis Blair. To help the chamber grow, they announced David Rowley as the first chief operating officer. Last year, the chamber saw over 40% growth and is projected to see similar growth this year as well.

“David brings decades of experience working in the tech industry, scaling and leading businesses where employees and customers are able to grow and thrive” Blair said. “He has a proven ability to build customer and employee loyalty, high performing teams, and continue to grow revenue year over year.”

Rowley will continue his duties as the Director of Government and Community Affairs for the chamber as well.

“David’s engagement with our legislature and his support of our elected officials is big part of the Chamber’s success. We are excited about his elevated role at the Chamber,” said Kathryn Davidson, the board’s chair for 2023.

The Utah Valley Chamber of Commerce partners with business as wise stewards of growth and prosperity, advocating for the business community, fostering meaningful area development, and maintaining and improving the quality of life in Utah County.

Rowley earned his Master of Business Administration from Utah State University and is currently president and CEO of Rowley & Associates. He has previously worked with CentriServe I.T., LogMeIn, Symantec Corporation, Altiris and Novell, dating back to the mid-1990s.
