The menu is just a jumping-off point at Which Wich in Orem. Each sandwich, or “wich,” has a few standard ingredients. Beyond that, however, it’s up to you to make your wich your way. Take the Wicked, the signature “wich” at Which Wich. You get the same five meats every time you order it: turkey, ham, roast beef, pepperoni and bacon. Everything else, however, is up to you. In addition to the Wicked, we tried the No-Rye Reuben, the Pepperoni Pizzawich, the Beef & Whiz, the Grinder and the Gyro. Frankly, the only thing I regret about our selections is that we didn’t get to make more of them.
