Farr’s Fresh
You don’t have to go far for a fresh new take on dessert-disguised-as-breakfast decadence. We recently visited Farr’s Fresh in American Fork to pamper ourselves with the Saturday morning-only special: all-you-can-eat waffles and ice cream for $4.99. Whether for a special family celebration or just for the heck of it, this sumptuous Saturday sit-down is only offered from 8 to 11 a.m. For clarification’s sake, the waffles and toppings are all you can eat, but you only get one pass through the ice cream (frozen custard, sorbet, yogurt) section using one smaller cup. Still, most of our party were able to spread that ice cream over two waffles, which, with an array of toppings, left us fully filled. If you’re looking for an affordable way to splurge on a fanciful family breakfast, be sure to check out Farr’s Fresh in A.F.

Iggy’s Sports Grill
Vast menu options at Iggy’s Sports Grill make for tough dining decisions, but once you’ve made your selection you won’t be disappointed. The only trick to eating at Iggy’s is to make sure you don’t fill up on the zesty warm loaf of bread dipped in the famous Chili Water. You really should save room for dessert, after all.
