Texas Roadhouse
One best bring a Texas-sized appetite to Texas Roadhouse. Dainty diners probably need not apply themselves to the menu at this national chain restaurant — which prides itself on great steaks, handcrafted sides and large portions. All three factors were in play for us during a recent visit to the Lehi location. The ribeye steak we sampled was succulent and juicy, the sides (the house salad, a bowl of chili, buttered corn and a beyond-loaded sweet potato) were tremendous and there was plenty leftover to take home as well. We also tried the chicken-and-ribs, which was excellent. The complimentary yeast rolls with honey butter were also a big hit.
