Doc and the gang are in for some real fun when Doc gets to work in a toy hospital.

No longer does she care for toys only in her backyard. She can now go to McStuffinsville, a magic place filled with all kinds of toys. Doc is the Chief Resident of the McStuffins Toy Hospital, and with the help of her friends, they are now able to help a lot more toys.

Grandma McStuffins also has the gift of bringing toys to life with her own special stethoscope. This ability skips a generation and now she passed this along to Doc. With a special toysponder bracelet, she is magically transported to the special world of McStuffinsville, where everyone there is a toy. Yes, a toy. It’s like living in a toy store, but they’re all alive.

Doc takes over duties in the hospital. Lambie is put in charge of the nursery, Stuffy is in charge of pets, Chilly becomes the receptionist, Rosie is in charge of the ambulance, and Hallie is Doc’s head nurse. They all have some great new adventures in this special place named for the McStuffins family. How cool is that? What is cooler: Being able to bring toys to life or being able to transport into a whole new town inhabited only by toys?

Other episodes on this DVD include storylines involving the McStuffins family’s adoption of a new little baby. Both Doc and Donny are excited to have a new little bundle of joy in their house. Doc is anxious to be a good babysitter, and along with learning about how to take care of a new baby, she and all the viewers learn about responsibility and caring for others.

These episodes fill in the background of how grandma passed down the “magic” to Doc. Now Doc wants to find the perfect first toy for her new baby brother or sister. In the toy store she meets a cute little koala named Lala. Lala is the perfect first toy for the new baby and will be as close to him/her just like Lambie is to Doc.

When the new baby girl is brought home to the McStuffins home, they all try to find a good name for her. Of course Donny wants to name her Apple Pie, but the rest of the family vetoes his choice. They finally decide on the name Maya.
