Utah County has had its own Trader Joe’s location in Orem now for just seven months.

The new location took more than four years of searching by the company to find the right location for Utah County, the third and largest in the state.

A recent pull of Google searches by software company Workwise broke down the most-searched for Trader Joe’s products by state. Bet cookie butter tops the searches? Think again. 

Like several other western states, Utah searched for the Macaron Variès more than the rest of the U.S., along with Nevada, Idaho, Washington, Hawaii, Alaska, Wyoming and Montana. 

Trader Joe’s macaron flavors include apricot, coconut, salted caramel, lemon and pistachio. 

Other states gravitated towards searching for the savory — Sweet Chili Sauce and Everything But the Bagel Seasoning.
