Virginia Chalk, Woodall, Allen, age 93, died February 13, 2011, in Orem, Utah.

She was born June 16, 1917, in Salt Lake City to John Milton Chalk and Ardella Johnson. In life her siblings were Reed J. Chalk, Iona Webber, Fern Lupton, Leila Hoggan.

She attended Alhambra High School and College of the Sequoias. She married, Robert Lee Allen in 1976 in Virginia City, Nevada.

Aunt GG was like a 2nd mother to all her nieces and nephews, and was generous and kind throughout her life to all with whom she came in contact. She was well-educated and loved the English language and prided herself on composition of letters and documents. She will be greatly missed by all those who were close to her. They all loved her for her wonderful sense of humor, well-told stories and fun-loving personality.

Virginia is survived by nieces and nephews; Sandra Gonzalez, Charlene Johnson, Ardelle Fisher, Jane Johnson, Renee Hulse, Delyte Petty, Steve Hoggan, Linda Skiles, Douglas Hoggan.
