Ruby and her family are celebrating her 80th birthday this year! Ruby was born on September 1st, 1940 in Provo, Utah. She married her high school sweetheart, the late Jay D. Chapple on February 7th, 1959. They spent 59 wonderful years together raising 5 children, loving on 11 grandchildren, and cherishing 9 great-grandchildren. Ruby was

a successful real estate agent for 35 years, served in many capacities as an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Her greatest joy was her family and time spending with each of them as often as she could. Ruby is known for her loving and kind heart, always wanting to serve those around her. She has cultivated a beautiful rose garden, crocheted and sewed numerous blankets and quilts for friends and family members, served as a temple worker at the Timpanogos Temple, and along with her sweetheart, traveled the world exploring its beauty. Ruby is truly an inspiration to her family & friends. We love her very much!
