PUBLIC NOTICE
ORDINANCE NO. 09-08, The Spanish Fork City Council has adopted an ordinance amending the tax rate on the gross receipts of telecommunications service providers. The rate of the tax levy shall be one and one-half percent (1.5%) of the telecommunication provider’s gross receipts from telecommunications service that are attributed to the municipality. A complete copy of this ordinance is available at the Spanish Fork City Office, 40 South Main, Spanish Fork.
