More help should have been given to stranded woman

By Staff | Jul 26, 2014

As a person with Jewish relatives living in Israel, I was appalled to read about how the Jewish Family Services didn’t take care of a 77 year old woman who had come here for surgery after meeting an LDS physician at the BYU Jerusalem Center and had her purse stolen at the Greyhound bus station so she had no money to get home so her son had to take out a loan to get her back home.

You should get in touch with her surgeon and find out her name and address or phone number in Israel and apologize for your rude behavior.

A thumbs down for you.
