The Utah County Sheriff’s Office is looking for Jeffrey Dunn on five warrants for his arrest. Dunn was last known to live in the Salt Lake area.

According to police reports, about July 19, 2012, Saratoga Springs police officers responded to a call that drug activity was going on in a neighborhood garage. When officers arrived, they reportedly encountered Dunn, 30, in the garage.

The report states Dunn told officers the garage and home were his. While inspecting the garage, officers located a bottle of pills, heroin and methamphetamine. Dunn and the others in the garage also reportedly showed signs of recent drug use. Dunn was booked that night in connection to third-degree felony possession of a controlled substance, one class A misdemeanor charge of possession of a controlled substance, and one class B misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

A couple months later, Dunn was working at a 7-11 store in Salt Lake, according to police reports. Officers received a call from the manager that an employee had been reportedly stealing bills from the till and replacing them with counterfeit money.

Detectives obtained the surveillance footage and observed the employee stashing the counterfeit bills under the till so he could have easy access to them. Reports state he would receive them from a friend who would come into the store and purchase money cards with the counterfeit money. The employee would then trade out real money with the fakes.

Detectives charged Dunn on Nov. 22, 2012 with one count of forgery, a third-degree felony, and one count of theft by deception, a class A misdemeanor.

Although Dunn was never arrested on these charges, he has had a warrant for his arrest since June 2013.

Dunn is about 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs about 160 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.

He has five warrants for his arrest. The first relates to the incident in July 2012 and the charges included. The second involves the incident from November 2012 and those charges. The third warrant is for one count of assault, a class B misdemeanor, one count of obstructing justice, a class B misdemeanor, and one count of domestic violence in the presence of a child, a class B misdemeanor.

The fourth warrant is for one count of falsifying a prescription, a third-degree felony, falsifying an identity, a class A misdemeanor, and obtaining another’s ID, a class A misdemeanor.

The fifth warrant is for one count of possession of drug paraphernalia, a class B misdemeanor.

If you have any information on any of these people, call Pam Bair at the Utah County Sheriff’s Office at (801) 851-4065.
