UTAH COUNTY – The Utah County Sheriff’s Office is actively searching for Amber Rasmussen, last known to live in Spanish Fork, for six warrants for her arrest.

Her most serious warrant comes from an incident which occurred in December 2013. According to police reports, Rasmussen, 29, was at a Check City committing fraud. Employees told Provo Police officers that Rasmussen had presented what appeared to be false employment documentation to apply for a loan.

Officers arrested Rasmussen and reports state she told officers she and two other individuals were part of a ring that created false documents to obtain loans. She told the officers she’d done this before at another Check City just as she was doing then.

Rasmussen was arrested and charged with a second-degree felony charge of forgery.

Rasmussen pleaded guilty in May 2014 and was sentenced to 90 days in jail. Once she was released, her progress with her probation officer went as usual, until July 2, 2015, when she failed to appear at a mandatory court hearing.

Rasmussen has five other warrants out for her arrest.

Four of them are identical charges: third-degree felony charges for possession of a controlled substance.

The final warrant is for one class B misdemeanor charge for retail theft.

Rasmussen has been described as being 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighing about 130 pounds. She has green eyes and red hair.

Kellogg was last known to live in the Orem area and is wanted for two warrants for his arrest.

The first warrant is for one third-degree felony charge for unlawful use of a credit card.

The second warrant is for one class B misdemeanor for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Offret was last known to live in the Orem area and is wanted for one warrant for his arrest.

The warrant is for one second-degree felony charge for possession of a controlled substance.

• Weight: 140 pounds
• Eyes: Hazel
• Hair: Brown

Dowhaniuk was last known to live in the Provo area and is wanted for one warrant.

His warrant is for one second-degree felony charge for possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute.
