The Utah County Sheriff’s Office is actively searching for Kenneth Burnette, last known to live in the Provo area, for four warrants for his arrest.

His newest warrant comes from an incident reported in April 2014. According to police reports, Burnette, 38, entered a Provo laundromat and tried to break into vending machines. The owner found broken locks left behind by Burnette.

Reports state Burnette then went to another laundromat and attempted to do the same. Reports state on the second occasion, he stole about $150.

Burnette broke into a few more vending machines, causing a few hundred dollars in damage and getting away with about $200, reports state.

Burnette was arrested in August 2014 and pleaded guilty to third-degree felony theft charges in October 2014. Following his sentence in November 2014, probation progressed normally until July 2015, when he failed to report to his probation officer.

Burnette had a warrant for his arrest issued then. He’s been wanted since.

Burnette has three other outstanding warrants. All three are for theft charges; one being a third-degree felony charge, two being for class A misdemeanor charges.

He has been described as being 5-foot-6 and weighing 180 pounds. He has blue eyes and brown hair.

Her final warrant is for one class B misdemeanor charge for DUI.

Smith was last known to live in Lehi and is wanted for three warrants for her arrest.

Her first warrant is for one second-degree felony charge for theft by receiving stolen property.

Her third warrant is for one third-degree felony charge for joyriding.

His third warrant is for one infraction for failure to wear a seatbelt.
