The Utah County Sheriff’s Office is actively seeking Hal Mitchell, last known to live in the Orem area, with three warrants for his arrest.

Mitchell’s most serious warrant comes from an incident on April 15, 2014. Police reports state Mitchell, 25, along with two other individuals entered the victim’s home in Provo without permission, brandishing handguns, demanding money and pills.

Reports state one of Mitchell’s co-defendants stomped on two of the victims while another pointed a handgun directly at another victim and her minor child.

After the victims told Mitchell and his friends that they didn’t have any pills, one of his friends stole about $1,000 from a victim’s wallet.

Mitchell was arrested nearly a month later and told police about his role in the robbery and assault, reports state.

Mitchell was booked into Utah County Jail and charged with multiple charges, including two second-degree felony charges of aggravated assault.

He pleaded guilty in August 2015 to his crimes. In March 2016, Mitchell failed to report to his probation officer and an order for his arrest was issued. He’s been wanted since.

He has two other outstanding warrants for his arrest. One is for a second-degree felony charge of possession of a controlled substance, and the other is for a third-degree felony charge for arranging distribution of a controlled substance.

Mitchell has been described as being 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing about 140 pounds. He has blue eyes and brown hair.

His first warrant is for one second-degree felony charge of distributing a controlled substance.

His second warrant is for one third-degree felony charge for endangering a child or elderly adult.

Jensen was last known to live in the Salt Lake City area and is wanted for one warrant for her arrest.

Her warrant is for one third-degree felony charge of retail theft.

Jerard Poulos

• Age: 27
• Height: 5-10
• Weight: 210
• Eyes: Blue
• Hair: Brown

Poulos was last known to live in the American Fork area and is wanted for seven warrants for his arrest.

His first warrant is for one third-degree felony charge for endangering a child or elderly adult. His second warrant is for one third-degree felony charge for possession of a controlled substance. His third warrant is for one third-degree felony charge for theft by deception.

His other four warrants are for retail theft charges. Three of those charges are third-degree felonies and the other one is a class A misdemeanor.
