The Utah County Sheriff’s Office is actively seeking Matthew Bryan, last known to live in the Provo area, for one warrant for his arrest.

The warrant was issued by the Board of Pardons as Bryan, 36, is on parole.

According to police reports, on April 9, Orem police officers responded to a business burglary early in the morning and found Bryan still inside.

Police ordered him out of the building, but he refused, and he ran out of the building. As Bryan was getting into his car, police attempted to use a stun gun on him, but he managed to get the car started and drive off, reports state.

Bryan ran into another individual’s property as he drove off, causing about $2,000 in property damage.

He made off with about $2 in coin from the business and was not apprehended.

Bryan has been described as being 6-foot-2 and weighing about 230 pounds. He has hazel eyes and brown hair.

Bryan is suspected to be armed and dangerous. If you see him, exercise caution, and contact the Utah County Sheriff’s Office at (801) 851-4034.

Her warrant is from the Board of Pardons as she is on parole for possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Weight: 135
• Eyes: Blue
• Hair: Blonde

Bingham was last known to live in the Alpine area and is wanted for one warrant for her arrest.

Her warrant is for one third-degree felony charge of possession of a controlled substance.

Brian Roberts

• Age: 34
• Height: 5-11
• Weight: 150
• Eyes: Blue
• Hair: Brown

Roberts was last known to live in the Layton area and is wanted for four warrants for his arrest.

His first warrant is for one third-degree felony charge of DUI.

His second warrant is for one class B misdemeanor charge of DUI.

His third warrant is for one class B misdemeanor charge of driving while on an alcohol restricted license.

His final warrant is for one class B misdemeanor charge for impaired driving.
