As a long-term resident on 1100 North in Pleasant Grove, I — and my neighbors — don’t feel safe because of the high rate of speed of many drivers, who are driving between 35 and 55 mph in a 25-mph zone.

I have tried to ask you to slow down, and I’m the one getting in trouble. I’ve asked the mayor and the police chief for help, and have had no help from them.

I beg you to help me out anyway you can and make this road safer.
