I read, with surprising interest, the letter to the editor of Merlene Peay, concerning the Premier Family Medical clinic in American Fork.

My wife and I, and our family, have been patients at Premier Family Medical for over 40 years. Although the name has changed a couple of times, the kind, caring and competent care we have received from the doctors and other staff has not changed. If anything, it has gotten better with increased doctor specialties.

Although Doctor Mark Hafen is not our primary care physician, I did visit with him, a couple of months ago. His diagnosis and resultant prescription resulted in the regaining of my health. I found him to be attentive and willing to listen to my concerns, even those not really related to the reason for my visit.

Merlene Peay’s letter certainly does not reflect or express the experience of our family with Premier Family Medical. Thanks to the doctors and staff of this fine medical clinic.
