The budget airline announced in a Thursday press release that it will fly nonstop to Las Vegas, Nevada; Burbank, California; Redmond, Oregon; Arcata, California; and Pasco/Tri-Cities, Washington, all beginning in March 2026.
According to Breeze Airways, the newly announced routes are a part of the carrier’s west coast expansion, an effort designed to connect travelers to underserved cities across the country.
“Provo is our hometown base, so we’re always excited to bring new destinations to our guests in the area,” said David Neeleman, Breeze Airways founder and CEO. “This announcement represents a significant expansion of our West Coast network, and we owe it in part to our many loyal guests who value that we’re doing things differently.”
Breeze offered service between Provo and Las Vegas as recent as a few years ago.
In a statement sent to the Daily Herald on Thursday afternoon, Chief Commercial Officer Lukas Johnson said Las Vegas is a popular destination and one that Utah travelers frequent for quick, convenient getaways.
“So when the opportunity arose to bring back Las Vegas service while also introducing convenient BreezeThru service to a net-new destination in Redmond, it just made sense,” he said.
Breeze Airways’ returning flights between Provo and Las Vegas begin on March 13, with service on Mondays and Fridays.
Breeze will run flights five times a week between Provo and Burbank, starting on March 11, with service on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays.
Other flights, also taking flight in mid-March, will be one-stop and offer no change of aircraft through the company’s BreezeThru connecting service.
The low-cost carrier is offering fares for $39 one-way to travelers who book a reservation on one of the aforementioned routes through Wednesday.
