Benjamin Beau Brady, 37, of Mapleton, was charged with two counts of forcible sodomy, first-degree felonies; four counts of forcible sexual abuse, second-degree felonies; and two counts of giving alcohol to a minor, class A misdemeanors. He is being held without bail.
According to multiple reports, Brady was an assistant basketball coach at Maple Mountain High School before being terminated.
According to a probable cause affidavit, Brady agreed to buy two 17-year-old girls alcohol and give them money for food in exchange for sexual acts.
Brady met the girls in Provo, and they got into the back of his truck, where he sexually assaulted both girls, court documents allege. He then gave them alcohol and left, police said.
Police said Brady did not tell them what happened in the truck but claimed everything that did happen was consensual and that he did not supply the girls with alcohol.
Provo police said they began investigating the case Nov. 11, 2025. Brady was arrested Feb. 3.
